This document dose a good job of describing different forms of instructional documentation. I like how the writer grabs your attention by saying time is irrecoverable. That sentence alone creates a sense of urgency. I am also impressed by the use of the table. It really helps to organize the thoughts and information provided. The table made the information easy to access which saves time. Since time is irreplaceable that is a valuable asset to me as the reader.
The over all information contained in the document is good too. The table use time to classify the length of the instructions. That is an interesting way to do it. I would have arranged it by skill level. This is because time is important and you will waste time if you don’t understand the instructions. I believe that one of the biggest wastes of time is reading bad instructions. It is better to go through a task once slow than fast once then slow.
Overall I liked and found that the information provided in this article is useful.
