Here are the peer review assignments for the Technical Marketing Project:

• Fisher Karma will read Chevy Camaro; Chevy Camaro will read Ford F-350; Ford F-350 will read Fisher Karma

During our peer review session, each individual group member will post his or her feedback as a comment to the writers' story post (on the front page of the course website).  Please address the following, as they present -- or don't present -- themselves within the writers' technical marketing document draft.

Today's class session focuses on production of technical marketing documents. As you might have gathered, there’s considerably more involved with production of a technical marketing document that simply creating the document and printing it.  Remember, professional presentation of a hard-copy technical marketing document is key to successful completion of this project because this is the form in which your target audiences will see the document. 

Here are the items due this week:

• Document specifications (added to proposal): Monday, July 27 at midnight.
• Draft of technical marketing document, for Thursday's scheduled peer review session: Wednesday, July 29 at midnight
• Polished technical marketing document, for grading: Friday, July 31 at midnight
• First revision of white paper: Friday, July 31 at midnight

Technical marketing documents are produced with specific attention paid to document design.  Writers and designers make a series of key decisions related to presentation of the product and manufacturer, communication to target audiences, availability of resources used to produce the document, and the document's point of distribution.

Instead of the original idea of a web-based article format, we have revised the proposal (Proposal w/ Revised Document Specifications) to include the idea of a flyer which would be more effective for our target audience.
