This is our rought draft white paper on Google Docs.

Attached is Group 4's white paper. We chose to write our paper to Apple Inc with the intention of informing them how Google Docs would be a great benefit to them. Please make suggestions or edits as you see fit in order to increase the effectiveness of our paper.

Sorry this is late, I tried to access the site wednesday around 6:00 pm and was unable to due to the site being down. I also just moved into a new apartment and just now got the internet hooked up yesterday and also had a busy work schedule with both jobs the past couple days, so this was first chance to get on a computer, so again I apologize.

Part of Project 3 is figuring out Google Docs, but I wanted to provide you with some direction as you are using the software. I have also attached the instructions created by the two students who chose Google Docs for Project 1. The software is generally easy to use, though I anticipate some difficulties that I'd like to address here. Remember, the challenges you face in using the software may inform the white paper itself (though please keep the white paper third person).

Post any questions about using Google Docs here. I invite all students to contribute to answering questions about the use of the software, especially those who produced instructions on Google Docs.

Below are the groups for Project 3. Groups were assigned alphabetically based on the roster. Emails will be sent today to help each group establish contact, but students can use any medium of communication to complete the project, including e-mail, IM, Google Docs, or the course site, including the wikis provided below, where any member can add content. I have also added categories for each group. Please contact your group members today (Thursday, July 10) to begin discussing the course project. I will provide further instructions on Google Docs and white papers tomorrow (Friday 11).
