Group 5
To begin with I think that your group's rough draft of the white paper was very well written. I like the design and how crisp and clean it looks. I also thought that the paper flowed well and was easy to follow. One change I might suggest is to have page numbers added on the table of contents so that the readers are able to access the material faster and easier. There are a few grammar errors throughout the paper but, it is a rough draft and those will be catch upon proofreading. The group gave a good and thorough overview of all the major advantages and disadvantages of google docs. I also really like how you included graphics in your paper pertaining to the topic and showing information through a media that is not writing. Good job group 5!!!

After reading group 5’s white paper, I realized that they had a very solid grasp on what they were writing about. First I think the cover page is very well designed and looks extremely professional. The format throughout the whole white paper is very consistent and effective while getting the point across. I really like how you used the chart on the bottom of page 3 because it feels like it shows what type of effect Google Docs can have compared to its competitors. This is so useful because it supports the information that is listed above in the paragraph before the graph. One thing that I think helped the flow of your paper was the fact that you never overloaded one section or area with too much information. You used adequate information and stuck to the basic which is the purpose of the white paper. I think this is one of the best white papers I have seen in this class and I wish you good luck with the final white paper. The only thing I felt could need some improvement is being consistent with some of the white spacing. It looks like some paragraphs have a little bit more spacing than others but overall you guys did an awesome job! Congrats and good luck!
