Peer Review Group 3 - Annotated Bibliography
It looks like you guys have good sources of information and hopefully you will find many more. I found it very interesting right of the bat when I was reading about you first source and how it gives reasons why large "big box" bookstores like Barnes are even having trouble competing with the internet and not just local bookstores. I think that will provide some interesting insight on just how much the internet business world impacts other forms of business.

Looks like your group is off to a decent start. You have all met up and communicated through E-mail and got your first step done. Your research has paid off and it looks like you have some good quality sources. In these articles and reports you should be able to pull out some good hard facts and be able to back up your points.
I like your idea on how you are going to incorporate Von's bookshop into the project. One idea I have for you guys is to try and come up with a way to sell more college textbooks via the store than online or used from prior students. I would also come up with another idea or two to help boost sales, like becoming more involved in the community or starting some special rewards program.
Overall, I think you guys did well on the annotated bibliography, but could use a little more to the informal proposal. Otherwise, once you break up your sections and distribute them, you guys should be set for your rough draft. Good job guys.

Seems like your group is ready for the white paper and also you have pretty good ideas on what you want to do. Each of your resources in the annotated bibliography are well explained in a very detail way. I can see your group members worked really hard on searching and selecting the useful sources and you guys must have read those articles carefully in order to provided clear information on why you chose those sources.
I like that your group mentioned that you are going to use Von’s example to show how local bookstore will bring the positive effects to the community. I think that this is a very good idea to show that even independent bookstores are not like those “big-box” making lots of profits, but they have their own way to benefit the local community.
