LASK Work Blog Week 8

This week group two all pulled together to get our final drafts finished and turned in on time. We worked very hard in order to edit our documents to the standards required by our client and by our professor. I contributed a good amount to finish the brochure. I made sure little details were perfected such as alignment of text boxes and alignment of pictures. I also collaborated with my group about what to do so we could make the flier able to be copied. I suggested to my group we should use either a sepia tone or a black and white and gray scale theme, which would still look professional but would be able to be copied. They decided on black and white because it looked the best. I also fixed the saying on the front cover: “It’s time to enter a new world…”, because our client said it went nowhere. However, I added a saying to the second page, “…It’s time to reach the impossible.”, which is what they have on past brochures. This was a main problem that we were reprimanded for, and I changed it. I thought we were steadfast and hardworking throughout the project, and our collaboration was second to none. We communicated about every issue and detail and came up with a product that I would stand behind.
