Wickert Work Blog Week #8

This week started off last Saturday. I started work on the brochure for the final submission. I wrote our groups weekly report. I worked on that on Sunday and emailed it in to the teacher after proofreading over the report. For the final submission of the brochure, I was to help with editing of the brochure. I first found different pictures for the brochure. We only had pictures from the one play, Dreadful Penny’s. From the Tantalus Theatre Group’s website I found pictures from other plays. I tried to follow our color theme of black and red. I was able to find three pictures from three different plays to put in our brochure. I did keep two pictures from Dreadful Penny’s, moving one to a different section. Later in the week I did other editing to the brochure. The font did not look very good and was hard to read. I made the text larger in the body of the brochure. It was 11 in some sections and 12 in others. It was easier to read when I enlarged the text. Since the text was enlarged, you could not see all the words. I had to rearrange pictures, moving them and changing the size. I also helped proof the final brochure before it was submitted.
