Just a few more days left...

Before you call your project finished, you should attend to a few tasks:

1. Make sure that you can open your files on a Mac and a PC. If it looks different or won't open on one of these platforms, that's bad news.
2. Print out all documents, both in black & white and color. It's important to know what your documents will look like under these conditions. Often colors can look really different on a computer vs. on the page.
3. Be certain that your documents are not altered when converted to PDF.
4. There is not room for even ONE misspelled word or critical error in these documents, so make sure they are flawless!
5. Keep communicating with your group.
