Today, Isa, Nan, Tim, and I have finalized the design and format of our flyer. We showed it to Ming and she liked the look of the flyer. We also showed the flyer to our client and he was very pleased with it. He greatly appreciated the work that we put into creating the flyer. He told us that he hopes that students will find it as appealing as he did. At the moment we have given it to another group to look over the document. We expect that they be honest in telling us their opinion about it. Afterall, the purpose of the flyer is to attract the attention of other students who are not aware of the organization.
Today, we also worked on the powerpoint presentation for the project. We decided what each of us will inform the audience about. The Four main points are the Origination of the idea, the purpose and information about the organization, the format of the flyer and the design.
All we need now is to get feedback from another group and prepare for the informal presenation.
We enjoyed working with eachother once again. We worked well together and were very clear with our expectations from one another once again. We hope to do well on the presenation and hope that others enjoy it.
