Attached is what I have at this point. I only have the first part done, and some of my screen shots put in, but the layout is set up. Let me know if you have any ideas or see anything that could be improved.

I would suggest shrinking

I would suggest shrinking the pictures a little so you have less white space at the ends and sides of pages. I can tell this is a pretty rough draft, but what you have so far looks promising.

Attached is my response to what you've written.

You've at least begun, though it really does need to be flushed out. Experiment with shrinking images and wrapping text around them. Spend tonight fleshing out the rest of it, and it could be good.

You did use some good design tactics that break up the monotony and better organize information. It was a good way to approach it, and I've marked those on the doc.

-At first glance your pictures are humungo. You could definitely trim those down a little.
-"If you have forgotten your username..." for little notes like this, you may want to use an asterisk, a "Note:", or something else to aid with organization. This may help in breaking up the solid text a little.
-Try different or larger fonts for your headings to keep them from sinking into the body of the text. If I am looking for something specific, I want to be able to find the heading quickly.
-"Options are then broke up" - broken up (it is broken, they are broken)
-The chart is a little confusing. I've used Web Mail forever and I have no idea what this is referencing. Consider either using a screen shot or clarifying all this information.
-Again, with the images I would suggest either cropping them down, or maybe choose a picture that is more specific.
-How was Hitman? I was going to rent that but wasn't sure about it. There are personal phone numbers and stuff in that inbox shot so you might want to do something about that.
