Final format is still kind of up in the air. Also, I am assuming my audience is already very familiar with email usage. The reason it is shorter is because I want to keep this very general with something that would be similar to the wallet card I did in the SSINFO process description.

The wallet card is a great idea, and you made it work well with the SSINFO description. You've got a lot of information to cover in a little space if you decide to go that route again. Be careful not to sacrifice usability for size.

I think that you did a good job describing the necessary steps for the most common uses of Web Mail. The thing that I would concentrate most on is the design. There is a lot of white space for a document that is 3 pages long. Try and maybe re-arrange the graphics to fit your descriptions and get it down to two pages. Other than that good job.
