Wilson: Webmail Project - Rough DraftI'm unable to post the document here, as it's too large, but you can click here to download it from my Purdue web account. It's in Word format, which will make it easier on you all if you want to use "Track Changes" and comment directly on the document. Otherwise, you're free to leave comments here. I'd like to know what you all think. Granted, some parts are unfinished, and I definitely need to revise the wording in some areas, but I'd like to hear your opinions. Do I have enough information? Is it consistent enough throughout? Do I need more/less in some areas?
I'm looking forward to hearing/reading your comments.
Thanks,

I like what you've done with
Web Mail - ALB
-At first glance this looks very well organized and well put-together.
-PURDUE UNIVERSITY WEBMAIL: REST OF THE TITLE HERE
"Your Portal to the Academic World?" (Everyone loves a pun.) haha.
-"display Webmail in your native language" for some reason this doesn't sit entirely right with me. You may want to just refer to it as your "preferred" language or something.
-In your second graphic, I'm not sure where the toolbar is, or what it is. The web one or the choices above the inbox? I see it's explained later on, but I'd already stopped to be confused on this graphic.
-There is a lot of great information here and it is laid out in a linear and clear way. However, I'm not sure this is supposed to be a comprehensive explanation of every feature, so you may want to pare down some of the more detailed explanations. For example, I don't think you need to explain how to send an email. They can google "c.c." if they need to. Also, the options section takes up a lot of your space. You may want to omit some of the specifics.
Webmail
Cc: Address(es) of secondary (or Bcc: Address(es) of secondary (or
The (or makes it kind of confusing on both of them.
