First off I like the web page layout... You used good visuals and had them in appropriate locations. A few suggestions that i have would be that the INBOX section could be broken into at least 2 paragraphs to help follow through it easier. Another thing that you could do to make this more reader friendly would be to add sub headings to direct the readers where they need assistance. Other than that your writing is very graphic and clear and I actually learned a few things from reading it.
