I really like what you have done with your paper. I looked over eawilson's comments and agree with them. Although I wanted to add that I think your introduction paragraph might use some work. The only topics that you talk about in your current introduction are class schedules and financial aid. But in your paper you talk about class schedules, academic history, tuition and fee info, and some other information about the top tool bar.

I think it will help the flow of the paper some if you try to incorporate that information into the introduction. So your readers know exactly what they are getting into.

Other than that, it is looking good!

I like your use of web captures and examples. The only thing that I personally didn't like was that there didn't seem to be defined sections. You took the reader through processes step by step, but it all flowed together. Think about it like I know how to log in, but just need to know how to get into schedules or financial. It's not easy to jump directly to that section. Other than that, everything is great.
