Hartmann - PMU Technical Description

I did things a little differently. My documents are websites. There are links between the two that will hopefully help navigating. I'd really appreciate any input posted as a reply to this blog entry.

Peer Review (?)

I could have sworn I posted a comment here already...I'll see if it got lost somewhere and if I can't find it I will re-post what I wrote before.

**Edit** LOL I accidentally posted it as a response on the home page! Here's what I meant to write:

My first impression when I looked your website over was, "Are these links really necessary?" and then I realized what you were doing - You included the extra links (like the black menu bar and the gold menu on the right side) to make this page feel as if it were a true part of the Purdue website. I think it works very well, even though I was a little confused at first when looking at it as a peer reviewer. The graphics/layout make it look and feel "real." I think that your general page layout is great and doesn't need any changes.

On to the nit-picking... Smiling

"The PMU’s large versatility is due in large part to the wide variety of architectural styles seen both inside and out."

"The new food court system has multiple restaurants, each with its own distinct style and personality, combined to make a large cafeteria with endless combinations from which to choose." (parts of this sentence don't flow as well as they could...possibly break it into two sentences?)

It would be nice to see a few more pictures of the Union, and a concluding paragraph may help to summarize all of the info you've presented. I really like the header/banner you've created - it looks very professional.

...I guess that's it from me. Smiling
