Bartrom - Reading Response 3
There are several things that need to be done to make this document more accessible, attractive and interesting. I would start by making each section (Introduction, Identification and Biology, Stings, Detection and Monitoring, and Management Options) its own link on the web page. That way the important information would be separated and none of the text would get lost in the readers eye. I would then put pictures and easy to read graphs on each page so that even if the reader did not read the text, they would be able to understand the important information within it. I would also try to use some contrasting colors and pictures so that the reader does not get bored while looking at the pages. One other thing that I think needs to be done is to go through the text and get rid of some of the unimportant information. Only give the readers the information that they need and want to hear. I think all of these things would make this web page more interesting and useful to the audience that Lois is trying to capture.
