There is one of the best ways to make the documents more user friendly. I would put pictures and graphs on each page so that the reader can catch up on key issue even though he or she does not pay attention to the document much.

If I were Henry, I would practice expected French conversations as much as I can in the first place. On the interview day, if interviewers asked me in French, I would do my best to answer in French and told him or her that I need to brush up on my French more.

(1) To the Dean`s Office Committee To whom it may concern, This is YoungJin Shin who is working as a research associate in Civil engineering, Purdue. I have been here for 1 year and living, working and studying environments are perfect to me and my familiy. Your systems totally looks like effective and helpful, but I`d like to tell you a better way to imporove the studying situation at Purdue. It is from one year experience for me to settle down here. The biggest issue for foreigner`s fitting in states is absolutely a language problem.

My name is Young Jin Shin who comes from Korea. After I finished my Ph. D. Degree in Korea last year, I came here to work for Purdue as research associate. I am involved in a project named "Geotechnical Design based on CPT & PMT". which belongs to Geotechnical area in Civil engineering. It looks like I have done so well so far even though my ph. D. subject was a little different from current research. When it comes to personal life, it is so great to live in states so far. Sometimes it is tough because I am not used to American way or this system, but I am totally satisfied with it.
