JetBlue Addresses Crisis

I feel like JetBlue handled the February 2007 crisis in an effective manner. When you look at the big picture, JetBlue cannot control the weather, and ultimately the airlines remained grounded for the safety of the passengers and crew.

I think that the article "Boss's Angry Email Sends Shares Plunging" is a great example that although e-mails may be really convenient and are becoming more and more popular in the business world, they can be a very dangerous tool, especially in the wrong hands. My mom as always told me there is just some things that you need to say to people face to face or if necessary over the phone.
