Asmoro Work Blog Week 5

I absolutely did not participate at any group activities at all this week. Since I am way behind on this class, I did not even realize that we had any group projects. I thought everything was going to be individual. It was really my mistake since I just scan the syllabus real quick the very first day I logged-in into the course Web site. I am a workaholic. I really love my job at Disney because it requires me to work almost at all time even including holidays. I was really, really busy working 55 plus hours each week, often 65 hours and more. On top of that I took two other online classes and I had to keep up with those as well. I knew I was going to finish this class before the class end date because I need the credit, but at the time I just did not really have any extra time to keep up with the course.

Then all of the sudden, I began receiving these emails about group work. I sort of ignored the emails since I thought it was just something from the course and I could do it later on. Then when I finally start reading these emails as my intention was to keep up with the class, I realized that we had a group assignment. I knew I really messed up then.

This when I started emailing out each group member, apologizing for all of the missed meetings, emails, and work and try to keep up with them and the group assignment. Thank God they were so forgiving and understanding.
