This week I revised the flyer once again and submitted it to my group for suggestions. Minor changes were made after discussions via e-mail. Sheila submitted the revised Press Release to the group and once again minor adjustments were made and all members agreed on the final result.
This week I revised the flyer and submitted it to the group. More revisions and color changes were suggested on the flyer so Dita offered to make the changes. I also reviewed the press release and the poster and sent my suggestions to the other members. There were many good suggestions exchanged by group members via e-mail. Jimmy converted everything for us and submitted our documents.
This week I worked on the flyer for the event. In my work, I searched the Internet for flyers about events that are similar to the one the Crisis Center is sponsoring to see if I could get a fresh idea for the flyer. I wanted to move away from the look of the flyers the Crisis Center used in the past. I met the deadline of the group with my flyer and sent it to all members.
At our first meeting, three group members volunteered to produce the major documents. Sheila produced the press release, Jimmy designed the poster, and Kevin worked on the flyer.
