Technical Marketing Project Log - Week 8: Peer Review and Draft 1 Submission
7/27 – Sunday:
Joe, Dustin, and I met in an AIM chat and on Gdocs to compile Draft 1. We organized the draft based on information we wanted to convey only. I spent 1.5 hours making a cover page for the draft submission.
7/28 – Monday:
I completed and posted the required story post discussing document design plans. After our peer review was completed, we decided to convert our information into a brochure. Dustin and I met through AIM to discuss the specifics. I began working on a cost analysis chart while Dustin used Publisher to convey our information in an appealing way.
7/29 – Tuesday:
I sent my completed cost analysis chart to Dustin and he incorporated it into the document. We met on AIM around 10:30pm tonight to review the document. We both agreed to the submission.
7/30 – Wednesday:
We received positive feedback from Tracy late Wednesday.
7/31 – Thursday:
I made the necessary corrections to my cost analysis chart that Tracy pointed out. I provided this updated chart to Dustin who added it to the document. Dustin also fixed the text appearance issues we had on our first submission. Dustin then submitted the draft to Tracy via email.
8/01 – Friday:
We have made our final submission and this project is now complete.
