Reading Response, week12

The reading for today's blog discussed the importance of the audience when writing an instructional guide. When writing a guide it is very important to determine who it is you will be writing it for. Every type of audience has different needs and schedules that must be taken into consideration. Also the instructions should be inviting so that people feel comfortable and not belittled. Finally there should be good graphics so that it is easy to see what is being said.
