Week 9 Design Log

Over spring break, I read a book on Jerry Garcia called Garcia : A Signpost to New Space.  I really liked the placement of the image on top, with the most important part of the title in bigger, bolder letters. The font remains the same through the title and authors, but changes with the quote on the bottom. 

I really liked the black and white photo used as well. I think black and white looks very clean, and helps to lead you to the bolder text. I really enjoy this book cover as well as the photo of Jerry upside down laying down. This helps draw the eye down the page. I also think the font chosen for the title works well, and is dynamic like the story...
