Interview with Deborah Gray - Progress Report

Extended Account of the Interview
As originally planned and agreed upon, the interview questions were sent to Deborah by e-mail between 12:45 and 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 26th. The questions were embedded into the message after a description of the overall project. Following the project information, I thanked her again for all of her time and help with this project. She e-mailed me later that night to say she had received the questions and would return them to me before the first of April.

Document Analysis

In this project, we are able to create our own ways of representing and sharing information with an audience. While I was unable to find maps that used the exact topic that I chose (locations of all the bookstores on or near the campus), there were maps that portrayed similar concepts and offered ideas on how to display that data for the viewers. This analysis of similar maps will help establish and adjust map and information layouts for the topic of my map project.
