To finish our project two we need to work on a few different intems.  One of them is getting together and going through all the details that need to be completed for the project.  I feel that with this website it is a lot more difficult than it should be to descipher what the deliverables are.  This is a major problem, because everyones grade is at stake because of it.  As far as what we need to do to finish our project thought.  Get together and do some formating and review of everything.  Also, we need to make sure that we read all of the coments that have been made.

This week our group submitted our instructions draft, as well as, our final usability test. My partner and I have very busy schedules, however, we have been able to meet weekly to work on our assignments for this project. I feel that we have a lot of work to do on our set of instructions. I think we were a little bit confused as a group as to what exactly needed to be submitted by this week. However, I am fully confident that we will be able to make the changes necessary for a good set of instructions. I look forward to receiving comments on our draft and usability test and making improvements based on any suggestions that we might receive.

This week John and I worked on the instruction together.  Since he doesn't know as much about the program as I do I wrote the instruction for him first.  Along with him using my intructions I also helped him with verbal instructions.  In this way he could write his own instructions and we could use the parts he had trouble with for our Usablility test.  For the usablility test we made up the questions and formated it to a certain extent.  Overall I thought we worked very well together.

Something interesting I just noticed, I thought I told Kevin that our team name was team JJs, but he seemed to name us the Cooley-Jamicich group. Really to tell the truth, i'm totally fine with that if John is. Besides that I feel as if though our project is going pretty well. I am extremely comfortable with the program expedition, considering at work yesterday I was on it for 4 hours finishing a project up. Luckily I was getting paid, or that kinda would have not been fun. We are going to get together in person next week to complete the next part of project 2.
