Team Dragonfly - Final Deliverables
Posted May 2nd, 2008 by jacobAttached is the final documentation for Team Dragonfly.
Since the website doesn't seem to like 29 MiB attachments, the presentation can be downloaded here.
The presentation is a zip file which should be extracted prior to viewing the PowerPoint show. The source to the show -- the original PPT and the original SWF videos -- are also included. This is in case you have difficulty playing the transcoded video files, or just want to see the clearer and crisper originals.

Week 16 Log
Posted April 29th, 2008 by kingmjThis week was by far the busiest week of my entire college career. I had several huge EET projects that all had to be finished. I did get a lot of progress done on this project as well. I finished my instruction draft and began to revise it. We've been keeping up a constant email communication in the group to ensure that everyone is making the progress that we need. We're a little behind but I think we should be able to meet the deadline of the project.

Project Log Week 16
Posted April 28th, 2008 by SpiewakerThis week was filled with alot of colaberation. We met again in an AIM chat to discuss the usuability report and instructions. It took alot of work to get every one on the same page as to what was going on with the project and how we were going to tackle it. We spent over an hour chatting on just the logistics of the remainder of the project. There was some confusion but in the end I think we were able to assign the work to everyone. We still have some confusion about get the instructions and presentation done although it has all started to get worked on.

Project log week 16

This week my team had a meeting to discuss about our
presentation and user documentation. We were discussing about how exactly our
user documentation and presentation supposed to be. After reading the project three
clarifications we figured out that the user documentation will be similar to
project two instructions. So we had decided that each of us will write their
part instruction and send it to Rob for compilation. On the other hand for our
presentation we decided to use PowerPoint instead of Adobe Captive.

Team Dragonfly Presentation Draft
Posted April 25th, 2008 by jacobAttached is Team Dragonfly's presentation demo. Due to technology constraints it doesn't have multimedia content yet, but there are placeholders which should clearly denote where videos are going to be included. Our final version will also include several screenshots. Any feedback on the actual content, however, is appreciated.

Week 15 Project Log

Last week we worked on our Usability Report. After making the revision to our Individual Usability Studies we discussed how we were going to put them together to make the Usability Report. It was a slightly difficult process to get everyone together and motivated to work on Grand Prix Week. Overall I think we managed very nicely.

Week 15 Project Log

This week, I have been working on my usability test. After
receiving two comments, I had made some changes on my usability test. I had
added more questions and introduce a new topic which was how to upload
pictures. I notice none of my team members had touch about this functionality so
I decided to put it in my usability test. After that, I send my document to my
team members for our group usability report.
