Our Project has been going very well over the past week. This past week we looked ahead to see what was due, and established group responsibilities over the weekend.  It was helpful to split up the group responsibilities, to make it easier for us to communicate and get the work done in a reasonable amount of time with effective use of teamwork. Over the past week Erin and Jacob worked on the multimedia presentation while Dane and myself worked on the user documentation and Brian edited both pieces of work, because he worked on the usability study previously. This worked well for us because it allowed us to accomplish drafts of each assignment, and then send it out to the entire group to be edited prior to submitting it on the course website. We have been communicating very well through email as well. We chose to communicate this way because we all have very different schedules, and this allows us to send ideas, information, documents, etc to the entire group at one time. It allows group members to respond on their own time, instead of trying to schedule a common meeting time.
