This week my team had a meeting to discuss about our
presentation and user documentation. We were discussing about how exactly our
user documentation and presentation supposed to be. After reading the project three
clarifications we figured out that the user documentation will be similar to
project two instructions. So we had decided that each of us will write their
part instruction and send it to Rob for compilation. On the other hand for our
presentation we decided to use PowerPoint instead of Adobe Captive.

We also discussed about our group usability report. We
realized our previous usability report was not in the correct format that was
outlined by our course instructor. We had discussed how the correct report
supposed to look like. After the discussion everybody had worked on their report
and emailed it to everybody for comment. After we had the correct report done,
we compiled it together and posted in to the class website.
