I imagine that this has to be very challenging since you will probably be dealing with people who have limited technology skills. It seems that you have addressed this issue well in your report. I would say that is the big challeng you face. Dreamweaver in itself is not the easiest program to use, but by no means a hard one either. You will have to invoke very detailed instructions and accompany them with a lot of multimedia. I'd reccommend Captivate since you are presenting computer software. Best of luck!
