Overall, I thought that your multimedia presentation was very professional and appealing. First of all, I liked how you nested the videos in the powerpoint presentation. I think that this is a very useful way of utilizing powerpoint and captivate together. It is very powerful and easy to understand. In addition, you laid out the information that the reader needed to know very well. It was very easy for me to understand exactly what I was to do if I were the one who wanted to set up Google Docs.
In conclusion, you have a very powerful presentation. I can't say if I would change a thing about it.

I liked the presentation. I felt the slides are good and there is not too much content on the slides to be confusing. There is enough content however to get the point across. The only thing that maybe could be added is a slide about the particular benefits for the organization. Overal it is very good.

I was impressed by the professional look of you power point. I was not able to view the videos but that was due to some softwear issues with my computer. It was interesting seeing the titles to each slide at the bottom. I like the text they were in but it kind of confused my eyes; I think I would prefer them on top. Overall I think you have a great start to you presentation.

I think you guys have a great start to your presentation. You really displayed a lot of information and did it in a very understandable manor. The videos i thought were a very helpful tool in the use of the presentation. They really helped make some confusing things seem clear. I thought an adequate amount of information was displayed and the only thing I could suggest would be to add a slide where you show them exactly how this will benifit their organization.

The PPT has a lot of relevant information reinforced with the video. Unfortunately, the video didn't come through when I downloaded the file. Make sure you package the PPT when you send it off so that you the movies come through. You might also add a slide at the end that summarizes your persuasive points. You could also offer an overview or summary slide of each movie since some users may not have time to view the movies. On slides 2 and 3, try to make the font bigger so it's easier to read. And since you do have a lot of text, make sure that you use action verbs. Passive verbs really contribute to wordiness.
Overall, the user documentation is effective. You have a high level of information. I do think you can offer more context in the intro and conclusion for SI, and make sure that you instruct about exactly what you're proposing on how SI can use Google Docs. Good work with screenshots and icons to increase the visual appeal. Bold text also works well. As you revise, make sure steps start with an imperative and direct sentence. Use active verbs. You don't want to bury the instruction after two or three sentences of information. Put the information after the instruction. Good work on the intro page to fully prepare and engage your user.
