The presentation looks very professional and visually appealing, I like the way the style matches up with your user documentation.

You might want to add something in the payment section that explains echecks.  Some buyers use this form of payment, it is similar to an instant paypal payment only it takes a couple days to clear.

I think I would stress a little more on feedback, it can make or break an account and sellers/buyers take this very seriously.  Maybe a little line should be added to inform that feedback should always be given so that the other person in the transaction will return the feedback.

I believe you are correct that there is no fee to relist if an item doesn't sell, but I am not positive.

Other than those small issues, I like your presentation a lot.

Your presentation is very professional and the design also is very clean. I do not have trouble to read it. However since this is a multimedia presentation, it would be great if you can provide some audio or at least some other visual content in it.

The presentation is consistent in format and professional.  You might want to add more on the ways to give feedback.  You explain what the feedback is for but I think you should put more of an emphasis on it.  I know that is one of the most important things I look for before making a purchase.

The PPT offers a lot of relevant information on eBay and how to use it. But the goal of the presentation is to persuade your readers, so you need to focus on that more. Add 2 or 3 slides that outline how and why Trinity Mission should eBay. You could even include a couple slides that show how they would post something in their store. The writing style and layout is very effective and engaging throughout. But to make this even more engaging, you need to add more persuasion to your presentation.

You have a good start to your user documentation. I really like the layout and design, especially because it correlates with your presentation. Good work with spacing and screenshots. You could probably add more screenshots. A couple other style points are to use bold with keywords or actions to increase readability. Another is to use numbers for steps and bullet for options. Those numbers will make your steps a lot more engaging. Otherwise, finish out the instructions with the sections that you have, and this should be effective and usable user documentation.
