Mission To Sell - User Documentation Draft

Attached is Mission to Sell's User Documentation Draft. Below are a few questions that you can reference when looking over the draft when giving your feedback.
1. If you are familiar with eBay and have used it before, are these instructions accurate and are they how you accomplished the tasks when they were done?
2. Would you include any more steps for what is already done or is it thorough enough?
3. Does the information look professional and are there any grammar mistakes?
Thanks for your feedback.

Overall, I think that your user documentation is very good. I really like your use of the cover page. I will probably be stealing that idea from you (just to let you know). In addition, your user documentation is very uniform. Nice use of page numbers and template. It looks extremely professional.
Here are the answers to your questions:
- I have never used eBay before.
- I wouldn't include any more steps. I would just be sure to finish all the sections.
- Documentation loos very professional. I only found one mistake. On page 2 under the registration section, you put a comma in the ebay link (www.ebay,com). Be sure to fix that.
Besides that, I love it.Peer Review: User Documentaton
Your user documentation is very visually appealing, I like the formatting that you used. I like your usage of pictures and lists to show detailed instructions.
I'm not sure if the last few sections are supposed to be completed yet? They just say start underneath them. With the exception of these, the instructions look very good.
1. I have used ebay before and these instructions seem to be very accurate.
2. I think there are enough steps.
3. The information looks very professional.
Peer Eval - User Documentation
This is by far the best user documentation draft I have seen. The layout alone makes it very impressie, and after reading how rich the content was I do not think you need to change anything major. Adding a little more detail in the more complex steps would be a good idea. All of us being in college and most likely using a computer on a daily basis will not have problems with following technical directions but other older people and non-technical users might have small problems. Excellent work.
1. If you are familiar with eBay and have used it before, are these instructions accurate and are they how you accomplished the tasks when they were done?
Yes, these instructions are accurate and I accomplished all taks with ease.
2. Would you include any more steps for what is already done or is it thorough enough?
As I said up top I would add a little more detail into the more complex steps.
3. Does the information look professional and are there any grammar mistakes?
Did not see any grammar mistakes and it is definitely professional.
Your user documentation is
Your user documentation is impressive. I like the design and how you format it. However, I was wondering about the last couple of section which seem to incomplete. If my guess is true then I hope you can complete it.
As for the questions above, here is my answer:
1.I am not familiar with eBay before, but the instruction does help me with the registration process.
2. No
3.The information does look professional. Keep up the good work

I think your group did a spectacular job in your start to the draft for the User Documentation. I liked the cover page at the start (something our group should probably add) and the layout so far is very aesthetically pleasing. But to answer your questions in order to give you feedback:
1. If you are familiar with eBay and have used it before, are these
instructions accurate and are they how you accomplished the tasks when
they were done?
Yes, I have used it before, and so far the steps you have included are representative of how the tasks are completed.
2. Would you include any more steps for what is already done or is it thorough enough?
For what is already done, your group has done a superb job and I don't know if I would add any more steps (no need to drag it out).
3. Does the information look professional and are there any grammar mistakes?
The information looks very professional and on my skim through, I didn't catch any grammar mistakes.
Continue the good work your group did on the draft and your final User Documentation should be superb!
