Overall, I think your team has a great user documentation that is really well written and efficiently organized that it flows easily to the reader. I'm assuming this is text-only to keep the size minimal now or for some other reason and that your team is planning on adding pictures/screenshots into this document, then there were only a couple of comments I would suggest. I would suggest varying the text style, color, and/or size between headings and steps to add some variety to the document and help prevent the reader's mind from wandering while reading the document. In the "Creating an Event" section you can combine 2-b and 2-c, since 2-c isn't really a step but rather an explanation.

Your instructions are very well written and in depth. I followed some of the beginning directions are they are very accurate. If I were to suggest anything it would be to add screen shots (which I am sure you are going to do) and shorten some of your steps or expand them into more instructions. Otherwise your instructions are very professional and well written.

I think you guys have a really good set of instructions
here. They seem to be very complete and are extremely easy to understand.
You even included where things were located on the page when people would need
to click on them. The list format that you used is very easy to follow
and is very effective for this purpose.
