First of all, I think that you guys did a great job on your individual usability studies and team report.  The one thing that I took from your report is that you think that your instructions could use more detail.  I think that this is usually the case since we tend to not realize that we have left out parts of the instructions needed to make them complete.  Therefore, be sure to add as much detail as possible.  Also, I think that you are on the right track when you say that using Captivate will greatly reduce the amount of content in the instructions.  Captivate allows you to reduce the amount of wording in the instructions as well as the amount of screenshots.  Using Captivate will reduce the amount of questions and allow you to create the best set of instructions possible. 

Overall, I think that your user report was very well organized.  The only thing that I would improve would be to take out the tab in the Usability Testing section.  It just looks bad.

I think that your usability report and tests are organized very well.  It is a great idea to have a precursor report to the testing describing what each document is.  This gives the readers something to look forward to and keeps the paper very organized.  One thing that needs to be changed Facebook should be capitalized throughout the paper.  It gets distracting when a word is capitalized, then isn't, then is again.  Other than that, the draft looks great!.

report does a good job at analyzing the issues with previous usability test. I think this report will help you in
completing the rest of your project successfully. The report will help you to create your
instructions for the next step and the multimedia presentation. It appears that you have a good understanding
of what needs to be done to ensure that the viewer’s attention is retained. I think the presentation will be greatly
improved with the video and audio instructions that you mention.

The report looks very organized. It also is easy to understand and follow. It can be hard sometimes to follow. The content that each member applied is easy to understand. The only comment I would have for improvement would be to change the font. It seems trivial, but it is not an easy font to read. For me it is a little distracting. Other then that this is a good report.
