Overall, I think the report covers most of the cases involved with Google Docs. I followed through Google Docs and found that your questions addressed the various aspects involved. There were a couple questions I did not particularly like the wording of:
-Were you able to share selected documents with users on a different account? Yes or no, please provide detailed information regarding any difficulties you had.
Yes or no is redundant. The question is clearly a yes or no question. Change to:
-Were you able to share selected documents with users on a different account? Please provide detailed information regarding any difficulties you had.
Also I am not exactly sure what you want to say here:
-If a file was accidently deleted, were you able to find it in the icon?
Which icon? Also, the next sentence needs to be corrected ("Please state the areas...")
-Please state in areas in which you had complications and what aspects of that feature seem to be
difficult.
Other than this, it looks fine. I think it may be too many questions, especially those not directly related to tasks, but do what you think is best for the client.
I was quite impressed by the relative flow of the report. I felt like it encompassed the correct amount of questions and had a good sense of order within it. One thing I think you highlighted on that I have found good in these usability reports is the fact that nothing is lenghty. People that would be filling out the report do not want to read though tons of informations and I feel yours gets the questions though without that.
