Usability Study Peer Review

As I've mentioned before, I really like your project idea. After reading your Google Docs usability study, I felt that you all had completely covered the different aspects of Google Docs. You seem to have a real idea of what your client will want and how best to achieve it. My group is using a Google App also and it seems like we all drew the same conclusion. Google Apps are very easy to use! Overall, nice job and good luck with your documentation and your presentation!

The content and structure of

The content and structure of your usability report was
impressive. The way you divide each
section using different font color will help your reader to distinguish the
topic in you test. It seems you have covered the essential topic for an online
selling.

However, I would like to suggest one more thing to be added
in your project which is the return policy. I do not know if eBay already has a standard return policy for all of their customer or the customer has to create
a return policy themselves, but perhaps you can guide your client to create
their own return policy if necessary.

Usability Study - Peer Review

This is a very well put together usability report. You make sure the users have all of their bases covered. Everything from simple basic questions to more complex and experienced questions. They way you cover key concepts of Ebay such as; Registration, PayPal, Auctions, Selling Tools, Shipping, and generalities, it really gave me a user of Ebay a better understanding of how things work. Finally your conclusion really ends the report recapping the main points of the usability study and explains that it should be beneficial to the Trinity Mission.

You seem to have all aspects of how the user will interact
with the software. I like how nice and organized paper is. The use of headings
is outstanding. The only concern I can come up with is that you did not leave
space for answers. I would guess you would be less likely to get a response if the
user has to put extra effort to get their own media to write on.
