The opening sentence of the usability study is confusing.  After reading it three times I figured it out.  If you said, "This usability test requires the use of the Dragonfly CMS.  If you do not want to install the DragonFly CMS, you can access the program by..."  Other than that the test seems organized and straight forward.  Breaking the study into different sections helps focus the user’s attention toward a certain topic instead of having them interpret the questions for themselves.  Overall, I think that it is a good usability study.
