I think you should change "Did the instructions cover the program sufficient enough" to "Did the instructions cover the program sufficiently enough" for it to be proper grammar. Other than that, it looked pretty thorough, and it was short and sweet which is good in a usability test. I think it does not overwhelm the user with too many questions. The questions were relevant, and although the test was short, it does a good job of gauging the user's use of DVD Profiler. Good job.
