First, I am not sure what exactly you mean by confrontations in step 1. It confused me a little and I assume it would confuse the user. Otherwise, the Usability Test is pretty good and covers most of the cases for DVD Profiler. I also think it is good in that it seems tailored to the application of a residence hall. The Usability Test is not really generic, but specifically mentions residents and residence hall. I thought this was the strong point of this test. It is catered directly to the end user (our client).
