I think you gave some insight here, though a more thorough study would be more helpful; I understand the constraints at the time though. It’s a good point that Dragonfly works a lot like this web site – most users will probably have some sort of experience with a blog, so it should be intuitive to use. Same with the photos section – I’m sure all the PARC have Facebook accounts or the similar. So overall, it should be pretty easy to adapt.
