This week we were able to get out proposal out and revised based on feedback.  We also now have all of the individual drafts for the usability study to use in collaboration of the final usability study.  We are still posting drafts on Google Documents so that it is easy for everyone to edit and create drafts and then submit once everyone has gone over them.  We were able to spilt up tasks and include them in our proposal revisions, but these still need to be fine tuned based on more specific roles necessary for the project.  We are hoping early next week to meet together in person.  We hope to use this time to make sure that all areas of the project are covered in our task divisions and finalize them.
