During this week, our group focused on what we exactly want to do about our project.  Our client replied to our email on Monday and asked a few more specific questions.  I have been the contact person for our group since she is my supervisor as an actual job.  She said that our idea sounds great, but IT does not want to install software.  As I was talking to her, she further explained that it is not that they are against installing software, they just don't want to put the time into installing it.  If we can prove that it is worth it to the residence hall to install the software, then it will happen.  There is an alternative software that does work, but does not have all the features that make this software-based solution valuable.  So we are going to make a side-by-side comparison emphasizing the features that the software-based solution benefits from.  As for the proposal draft, we had nothing but positive comments stating that we are in the right direction and have put a lot of thought into it.
