I thought your Individual Usability Test was nicely done. Overall it was very clear and you used excellent formatting. One thing that was a little confusin for me was the actual technology the usability test was being provided for. I think it might be helpful if you elaborate on your introduction a little more, because I am unfirmiliar with this CMS Dragonfly program. Possibly include a brief describtion of what it is, or how the Amateru Radio Clubs Webpage uses it? Another thing that I think you should include is a link to the program or proposal (if this makes it easier to explain what the CMS Dragongly technology is. One thing I really liked was your usage of bold vs. normal text. This made it easy to discern the questions and answers. I also liked your usage of spacing because it helped the overall clarity of the usability test. If you want to make your individual usability test a little bit longer, an idea is to elaborate on your questions a little. For example, under the "How was sending newsletters to a group?" question, you could have part (A) and (B), etc where you might ask more detailed questions about that specific area. For example, Could you send a newsletter to multiple groups? Did you have trouble finding the location to create a newsletter? Overall it looks good though. Nice job Jeff!
