Overall I think you have a good individual usability study that has some good questions that can help target possible trouble or confusing sections the client users may encounter when first attempting to use DVD Profiler. Based on what I read on your team's proposal all of your questions seem to cover all of the instructional and use areas really well. The only real suggestion I have would be to add an additional area for the user to write about any other problems he or she encountered that may not have been specifically addressed by the previous questions. I also think you usability test will be good to build off (content and format-wise) of for the complete team usability.
