Second, you ask the user to provide comments in addition to the numeric score, but there’s not really room for it. Since numeric scores are generally useless without additional information, this could pose a problem. Also, I know it’s probably too early in the project to really know enough about it to write detailed questions, but all your questions seem pretty general. It’d be helpful to have more specific questions, particularly about things you think users will have trouble with. Other than that, it’s a good start.
