After looking at your individual illustrations draft I am very impressed with your knowledge on the subject. I really like how you define many of the keywords that people (like me) do not know of. Also you start off by telling the users what you assume from the beginning. I am guessing this is only scratching the surface of what "Expedition" does. Hopefully that was only one part of the application. Those simple steps you wrote can definitely be broke down into much more specific detail and be explained so the user of the instructions stays on the right track.
