Your project proposal looks really well thought out.  I like the idea of creating illustrated instructions on how to use adobe photoshop to create web buttons. I think it is really important to make the instructions relevant to the audience and your topic is great when it comes to being relevant.  A suggestion that I have would be to clearly define maybe 1 or 2 specific buttons that you two are planning on creating instructions for.  If your aim is just to show people how to use certain features within photoshop it could get a little hair as far as deciding what to do in order to make your point.  Other than that there is not many other suggestions that I feel would really be necessary.  Make sure that you have a sufficient means by which you two can communicate.  G-mail is an excellent way, it takes about 10 minutes to set up a new account and you have e-mail, document storage, and calender options available to you.  Good project guys.

I think Photoshop is a great project choice. It is one that most people can use and it is becoming increasingly more popular. I will admit that I know a majority of the programs people are choosing, but photoshop is one that I do not have much experience with. I love the approach you are taking for this project in showing how to incorporate photoshop into the Web 2.0 platform. One suggestion I have for your proposal memo would be to add headings, but as far as the project goes, I can't think of a better way to approach this project within the scope of the project.

Your proposal

This should be a really relevant topic for your peers in the class, and could even be a good reference for Project 3 and beyond. Your focus is chosen well, and already shows a lot of knowledge of the subject. I feel that your subtopics and overall order will benefit your readers and instruct them in your intended way. I look forward to the results. Maintain effective group dynamics so that one group member does not do all the writing or all the editing, etc.--evenly distribute and divide responsibilites.

In the future, be sure to follow memo format more closely. Review pages 232-233 in The Thompson Handbook. You could might also try headings to improve readability. Work on varying sentence beginnings, and use less passive verbs like is, was, are, were.
