Based on the peer reviews for my draft resume, I am going to change a few key things to make it stand out. I am goign to change the objective of the resume to me more specific and match the job that I am applying for. I could give some items a little bit more space when listing them instead of just tabbing.

As for the cover letter peer review, I need to make sure that I list the source where I found the job posting. I will also elaborate more on some real world examples while giving as many specific details as possible without overwhelming the employer. If I make these changes to the resume and cover letter, then I should be in good shape for the final drafts.
