Project Log Week 16

This week was filled with alot of colaberation.  We met again in an AIM chat to discuss the usuability report and instructions.  It took alot of work to get every one on the same page as to what was going on with the project and how we were going to tackle it. We spent over an hour chatting on just the logistics of the remainder of the project.  There was some confusion but in the end I think we were able to assign the work to everyone.  We still have some confusion about get the instructions and presentation done although it has all started to get worked on.

Project log week 14

This week brought the most cohesiveness to our group.  We finally were all able to communicate and understand each other’s talents.  We met on Tuesday in an AIM chat to discuss our groups proposal.   This was met with some complication due to Hilmi not being able to enter the chat, although I communicated with him and the chat at the same time keeping us all together.  The best part about this was we all figured out which parts of the project we will be able to help with the most.  We laid a solid foundation for our group and our communication that should pan out to be a successful project in the end.

Week 13

The week was the begining of project three.  As the second project winded down I spent some time getting use to what is going to be made of this next project.  There was some exchange of emails with my group members when the groups were announced but we didnt get to do much talking the first few days.  Getting into the chat with Kevin on Thursday was our first real chance to communicate about this project.  After clarifying some of our questions on what we are to do for this project we then we broung up ideas for a topic.  We decided to help improve the Purdue amature radion club's website with our proposal.  Two of us created our draft letter and it turned out great.

This is Dan and Rob's final instuctions along with usiblity test.  We feel that we have refined our instructions well due to alot of great feedback.  We feel these instuctions are more than substantial for a novice to learn Google Calander.

Plan for week 12

For this week we really need to work on our instructions, they need to be better formated and the graphics need to flow better though the document.  We plan on meeting tomorrow to plan what we need to fix then we are going to meet again wed to make sure it is all together and ready to submit, over all we should be close to finished.
