The chapter on research brought up points that I had never thought about, and when I think on how I have been researching in the past I believe that I might have been doing it all wrong, or at least un-ethical. When I was asked to do research papers in the past, all I would do is find some information that proved my point or secured my beliefs in whatever the topic might have been. I was never really open to changing my beliefs or changing the topic, and I certainly never thought that there was an ethical way to research.
